1.  What functions can I perform at this web site?

A.  You can apply for membership, view our supplier listing, new products, current promotions, read classified advertisements, and place orders with our distributor business.

2.  What information is listed on my account page?

A.  First, your personal information shows your account name, address, telephone number, fax number and chosen method of shipment.  Second, any special pricing arrangements are listed.  Third, any special ship-to locations such as a second office of direct-to-patient address information is on file.  Fourth, you may establish an automatic credit card payment agreement (American Express, Mastercard and Visa) for payment of your monthly statement.  Last, you can review month-to-date order history for your account.

3.  Is my account information secure?

A.  Yes.  Only a customer can view his account information by logging in to our system with a user name and password established by the customer.

4.  How do I change my account user name, password, and any other important information?

5.  How do I place an order with Co Optical's distributor business?

A.  For contact lens orders only, follow the order online procedure.  We will confirm your order via email.  For Heritage and Intervention eye frame orders, Polaroid film and Surgical Specialties Punctum (dry eye) Plugs, call us at 1-800-323-1874 x2.  All Buying Group orders should be placed with our suppliers, using your Co Optical Limited buying group account number.

6.  How do I return contact lenses ordered through this web site?

A.  Call our order entry department at 1-800-323-1874 x2 and request a return authorization number.  Your RA# will allow you to return contact lenses subject to our return policy rules.
